Application for MFB Recruit Firefighter

The following information is valid for online MFB recruit firefighter applicants for the following test date(s):

22nd June to 23rd June 2012

Applications close 15th June 2012 at 5:00 pm

The cost to apply and sit the written test on dates shown above is $110.00, which includes registration and a Sample Questions Booklet for you to practice before the test.

Note: Candidates who have already purchased the Sample Collection of Questions Volume 1 please contact ACER at mfb@acer.edu.au to process the $88.00 registration payment only.

Late fee of $30.00 applies for registrations between 1st June and 15th June 2012.

After you apply you will receive two emails:-

  • An email with your Candidate ID number, a link to download your Sample Questions Booklet and information about your individual test details
  • Payment receipt email

Please check your inbox carefully, including emails which go directly to your 'junk' or 'spam' folder.

If you do not receive the email with your Candidate ID number and link to the MFB Candidate Login Page within 24 hours of your application please contact ACER to arrange delivery of these details to an alternative email address or fax.

It is the candidate's responsibility to log on to access the MFB Candidate Login page and print out their Candidate Identification Form with individual test time, date and venue details. This information will be available one week before the test dates.

Cancellations

If you cancel your application before the date below, a refund, less administrative costs of 50% of the application fee, will be issued. Cancellations need to be sent to mfb@acer.edu.au or faxed to (03) 9277 5757. No refunds will be issued for candidates whose cancellation is received after 5pm Friday 15th June 2012.
